Every package includes:

-1 hour consultation

-Venue walkthrough 30 days prior

-Access to decor inventory

-Unlimited email and phone assistance

-Set up and take down decor

-Monthly to do lists and timelines

-Final vendor payment with gratuity distribution on wedding day

-Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony, and reception


Full planner 

Also includes: 

-6 in person meetings, 1 per week during wedding month (as needed)

-Accompany couples to chosen venues (if booking before venue)

-Assist with all vendors, calling and scheduling, attending meetings, and review contracts

-Stationary assistance (printing and mailing is separate cost)

-Budget management

-RSVP Website with management

Partial planning

Also includes: 

-4 in person meetings, 1 per week during wedding month (as needed)

-Schedule and attend any remaining vendor meetings

 

Day of Coordinator

Also includes: 

-2 in person meetings

-Communicate with all booked vendors

25% deposit required to reserve your date

Remaining payments will be spread out between booking date and wedding date

Why do I need an event planner?

We are professionals at planning and have the expertise and resources to make things easy for you and get the best outcome possible. Event planners can be used for a lot more than people think, and they're a lot more affordable and useful than some realize. The biggest perk is that things will be planned seamlessly with no stress on your part. 

How much time in advance do I need to contact you?

-Typically we need at least a month for events other than weddings. 

-For weddings and higher end events that require more planning, we would say at least 6 months.
